Not sure what you mean by "tecno" but the best military books (my opinion) are books written about actual events by people who were actually there.
Recommendations: In a Time of War by Bill Murphy Jr
Warrior King: The Triumph and Betrayal of an American Commander in Iraq
by Col Nathan Sassaman

If you like Clancy, then you will most likely like :
Ralph Peters
WEB Griffen
Barry Sadler - casca series
If you like Clancy's Op Center, Power Plays, Net Force, etc series.
Then there is no hope for you, you will read anything, because Clancy doesn't write them, and they have actually had a corporal in the Air Force in those books, they are written so badly.

I would say WEB Griffin, and out of the books of his I've read, I'd recommend in this order
1. Men at war series (OSS, WWII, Europe)
2. Honor bound series (OSS, WWII, S. America)
3. Brotherhood of War series (Army, Armor, Aviation, WWII to Vietnam ** early series...more typos, but still excellent)
4. Presidential Agent series (modern day, antiterror)

Vince Flynn. Cant remember the first book in the series, but the Mitch Rapp series.
