    That sounds like a typically setup. It's usually like this.

    Internet -> ISP network -> Cable / DSL Router (in your house) -> your router / wireless router -> your clients.

    In that case you should have no problem access the wireless router. If you have 2 different broadband routers it may get a bit confusing since both will be doing NAT by default. If you do have 2 routers of your own I would remove one of them and just use the other.

    Your wireless router should have instructions for setting it to default and changing the configuration (if you don’t have them go to the manufactures web site). Usually if you connect a PC through an Ethernet cable and then boot the router and PC you should get an IP address. If you click on Start - Run and type cmd it will take you to the command prompt. From here type ipconfig. This will show you the address your PC has and the default gateway. At this point open a web browser and put in the address of the default gateway. The manual should also have the default login and password and you can start configuring from here.
