If I keep well hydrated with water while consuming alcohol, will I decrease my hangover the next day?
Do those chaser pills really work? I have never tried them.

I don't know about chaser pills....
However I have noticed that if I keep WELL hydrated ( like 64 oz of water during the night) when I am drinking then the next day I'm pretty good to go.
You also have to keep in mind that hangovers are also caused by depletion in your B vitamins ( alcohol leeches though) so a multivitamin may help before you go to bed.
The only downside to downing all that water is that you end up losing some sleep ( you gotta use the bathroom throughout the night lol).
Hope that helps.

Keeping hydrated and eating while consuming alcohol are the only two ways to reduce a hangover the next day. Alcohol consumption causes dehydration, and consuming water, tea, or even soda between drinks can help. Also, eating while drinking absorbs some of the alcohol and makes it release into your system more slowly.

Yeah, and drinking some poweraide before you go drinking can help. I don't think chaser pills work. They expect you to drink very little. If a doctor prescribed you anxiety medication it would be a good idea to take it in the morning.

No it in simple terms prevents dehydration. Dehydration is a situation while eating so it remains a stable thought. it won't help stop a hangover in any respect however. a number of the indicators human beings have with a hangover is actual dehydration. those are issues like dizziness. whilst water will help those they gained't help the hangover itself.

If you do consume a lot of drinks, then yes I start with a 10 0z.-20 oz. glass before drinking. I also drink up to three more at the end of the night.of course a nice greasy taco would help as well after the binge.

So I've heard. (hydration) As far as the pills go, I don't know. Taking vitamins may help, as alcohol leeches them from your system. Cheers!

Eat first. Moderate exercise helps too.
