how do i get rid of the stray dog? i've got two already!?

i have two dogs, but lately the lab. has gotten quite sad looking... she sits on the doorstep and just whines all the time.
i think it's because of our "visitor"- i've never seen it in the neighourhood before, don't know who it belongs to, but it is a BAD DOG! always jumping up on me, pulling fresh linen off the clothes line, pooping in the wrong places, but worst of all; i think it is "bullying" the lab! [ps she's been "fixed", so no fear there!]

my only dilemma is how to i get rid of this dog without getting rid of my own? i don't feed it or pet it or any other encouragement

Call animal control.  They will come and remove the dog off your property.  Then it the owner will have to pay a fine for it not being on the leash, etc.  If it does not have an owner it will be adopted out.

Report the presence of the dog to animal control or a local shelter.

give the dogs food ,so they can go away. and if they come back just ignore them. do the same if they follow you.

I have a reallys easy solution.
Build a fence for your yard.
Problem solved.
