What move makes you shiver every time you see it?

While I have to agree the pile driver is a devastating move the one move I see that makes me shiver or cringe is a variation off the pile driver and that's the front flip piledriver (must recently used by Petey Williams in TNA as the Canadaian destroyer). The pile driver has so many possibilities to go wrong and I think adding a flip just makes it that much more dangerous.

The Piledriver (not the Undertaker's safer Tombstone version; I'm talking about the freaking Piledriver!). So many wrestlers have been seriously injured by it that I'm surprised it's still allowed ANYWHERE. Every time I see it done I cringe, expecting another wrestler to be put on the shelf, maybe permanently.

ALTHOUGH IT'S NOT REALLY MUCH OF A WRESTLING MOVE BY RIGHTS, I SHIVER EVERY TIME I SEE GOLDUST USING THE SHATTERED DREAMS. SORRY, BUT A KICK TO THE BALLS HURTS,LOL.
