Spiritually speaking what is the single most significant event of one's life?
Imagine a scale from 1-10 to place on the most important life altering events you have experienced. Losing a loved one, your first kiss, losing your virginity, your craziest mushroom trip ect. now what do you think is an 11?
If you really contemplate this for a while you might conclude that your own birth is the most intense and reality altering experience anyone could go through. Imagine yourself in a comfortable dark place, warm and safe. then all of a sudden you are being pulled down a tunnel, a threshold and are grabbed by hands you cant see. Immediately as you pass through this doorway an entirely new universe opens up in front of you and a strange entity grabs you, turns you upside down and hits you. What could be more altering to one's reality?

Receiving Jesus would be the most significant event in life because not only will one receive eternal life but also being a contributor to the world by building universal world peace as proclaimed in Luke 2:14.

Conception is the most significant. Without that, there is no life (excepting Adam and Eve, of course).
Second is the moment that salvation is achieved (or re-achieved, if you believe in an "age of accountability"). Without that, eternal life in Paradise is, at best, a long shot. However, you still need that conception thing before you can get to that salvation thing.
Birth - nah, not spiritually-speaking OR materially-speaking.

It is when you are Blessed from GOD in the sense that you know the truth of his word.Knowing that the Anti Christ (Satan) comes at the 6th trump claiming to be Jesus and the TRUE CHRIST returns on the 7th trump when Every knee shall bow and ALL will be turned into spiritual bodies (different dispensation) for the LORDS DAY (the millenium) awaiting the Great White Throne Judgement. If you dont understand this at this time dont worry about it.Put in on a shelf so to speak and Pray to our Father in Jesus name and ask for the understanding & you will receive it.(Provided you had repented for all of your sins & iniquities)

I don't think it is just one event, but a string of events, each one speaking to a different part of our being. Birth may have been a wild experience, but it was just the beginning... there have been many, many more since then and I hope that there will be many more in the future. :-)

I do not remember when I was born in the flesh, therefore it is not significant to me.
But when I was born again, that is an experience of a lifetime that I will never forget! It has changed me to a different person! I was blind, but know I see!
Amazing!

This can always be one that changes with time. I would say that it would be the death of the body of flesh. Life as you know it is over. You get to find out whose version of God is real if any or is it lights out and that's it.

With eternity looming, the single most important event in anyone's life is the day (or days) that we either say "Yes" or "No" to the truth of the gospel when it is presented. Basically, the most important question in life is, "What will you do with Jesus?"
