I really don't know what kind disabled you are in. 
So, I am from Kentucky also but not in Lexington, Ky.

Well.....  I know McDonalds around here uses disabled people, and if you are a good talker they would hire disabled people for assistant managers.  
You can also go to the unemployment office and see if there is anything there.  Motel clerk, Wal-mart,Tractor supply, Good luck!
