Skinny,
The drug marijuana has been smoked for over 3000 years,it was made illegal in the UK in the year 1967 along with LSD,myself i smoke marijuana and think a pint of larger go's well with a joint,a few pints and a smoke go well together. The motto is use don't abuse as with all drugs.

And why who messed things up by smoking it. Nice english btw. Cannabis has been used since ancient times for many things including smoking, it wasn't just some discovery a guy in a flannel shirt made. All we know is, when it burns, it gets you high. Simple eh?
Btw what the hell does used as foliage mean? Foliage is plants, whatre you saying that it was used as a decoration?
