Poll: Do you think that this drawling is suggestive?

Question

How would you rate this(pg, pg13, ma, ect)
also I do not care if you think my art is crap, I would just like to know if you think it is suggestive.

i have seen more suggestive things on the cover of little mermaid, and that movie is rated G i think

Looks like you shrank it down. Zooming it in in firefox makes it look like there's a bulge in his pants, which is suggestive.

It could be the compression, but it also looks like his pants are hanging low, which is again suggestive to some degree.

I'd rate it just at PG-13, unless there's a bigger image that'll show details easier.
