My IPOD Nano is not turning on or responding to being plugged in. Nothing has acutally happened to it.?
Nothing has actually happened to it, it just died. I only bought it in July. I have tried resetting it. Any suggestions? I cna't find info on the apple site, and they want $30 just to ask for help!
No, nothing is happening at all. I've done the center and menu key, its not doing anything at all. But when it is plugged into the computer, it is getting hot as though it would be charging. But itunes is not even registering that a device is plugged in.

youve done the simple stuff, did the soft reset? apple and up arrow? if not, try plugging it in, and letting it charge. if nothing works after a few hours. could be the battery needs to be replaced. you can either replace the battery yourself or have someone do it.

You have to get a new battery by sending them your ipod with money OR you can do the difficult way by changing the battery yourself. Look on YouTube if you do not understand how.
