I installed Windows 7 on my laptop and now i can't scroll down?

Normally when i rub up/down on the side of my mouse touch pad thingy it scrolls. Now it won't. I have a Toshiba Satellite

    If you go onto your manufactures website.Look up drivers for your laptop (check the support section) this will add features to your trackpad. I had to do this, it took about 5 mins.

    You need window 7 driver from Toshiba.

    You need to enter your laptop models and serial number to located a driver for your laptop.
