Did you enjoy Harry Potter and Twilight more?
This question is always asked yet I find the answers could be biased because they only read one series, or one book. And leave your judgements at the door please. I don't care about your opinions toward the authors, toward sparkly vampires, or wizards.
I would prefer those who have read both to answer, therefore giving both equal chance without bias, but that's probably shooting for the stars. But don't answer if you only read one series and nothing from the other, that's stupid and not fair.
So my question is this: Which series did you enjoy more? Not which was 'better written' or whatever, which did you enjoy reading more? And also, list which books you read from each series.
I have read both series, all 7 HP and all 4 Twilight so I'm open and interested in your answers =). I'm curious to see how many people have actually read all the books from both and can give an honest answer without rudeness.

I have read all the books in both the series. Undoubtedly, I like hp series. According to me twilight has almost nothing in it.
Rowling has made hp preferrable to all ages. The book beautifully portrays life. Harry-Ron-Hermoinie friendship is simply awesome! It is quite practical. Enjoying the school days, hanging with friends, fighting with siblings, quidditch, escaping from teachers, punishments, voyage, fight and everything seems so real. Her writing literally binds us to it.
On the other hand, twilight has nothing to do except romance. Only the first part in the series is quite better. Even that is because of the double meanings conveyed by Edward. Jacob-Bella friendship is not upto the mark. Vampire staying with a human for a long appears absurd. The worst part of the series was the last one. Bella was trying to keep Renesmee safe by training her capabilities, forging an ID and so on. At the end, there was no use for it. No thriller, nothing...
So I feel harry potter is the best.

I have read all the books from both series. Your not really asking an easy question since I found the books to be completely different and a completely different reading experience. For me the Twilight books were such a quick and easy read, and didn't leave much of an impression on me, usually finishing each one within a day or two (I enjoyed them but it was more of a summer chick lit type of read). With the Harry Potter books, I read them slower, I remember more from them and overall I would say I enjoyed them more, but I found myself losing interest when I got to the 6th and 7th books. Though I would probably begin to loose interest in Twilight if it continued to 7 books =]

I've read all seven Harry Potter books and all four Twilight books and I can honestly say that I'd rather be a witch with magical powers in Hogwarts than a cardboard cutout girl who complains about everything in rainy Forks, Washington. At least we get to read about people in Harry Potter who actually have depth. Twilight is just Bella, her mother and father (whom she abandons) and a vampire family that we really still don't know that much about. Twilight is too lovey dovey. Harry Potter covers much more - it even covers love in greater detail than Twilight does. Love with family, friends, and relationship partners. Plus, Twilight got boring. After reading a page, you read the same exact words in the next couple of pages. It's way too descriptive. At least in Harry Potter there's always something new and unexpected.

I've read all 4 Twilight books and 6 of the Harry Potter series. If you want my honest opinion, I enjoyed Harry Potter more. I felt like it had more creativity and it was more captivating for me to read. But I LOVED the 2nd Twilight book- New Moon. I enjoyed that one more than Harry Potter, haha. Over all, I enjoyed HP more. But New Moon was better than all of them(to me at least). :)

I have read all of the books in both series, and honestly enjoyed reading Twilight more. (Im writing from my dads email, so im a girl who says this) like one of the other answers, i love romance but i also love action. Twilight seemed to grab my attention and had me reading extremely fast to get to the next page. Although i love both series, i feel like if i had to choose between the two of them, i would reach for Twilight without hesitating and having second thoughts.

I have read the Twilight books and Harry Potter books also ... as for the books I liked Twilight better . I could connect to the books better and just could not put them down ! Harry Potter Books where good but seem to drag on ! As for the movies ! Harry Potter I think was more interesting ! more action as for Twilight I like the movies to ( even tho felt let down my New Moon and hoping that Eclipse will be better ) But it was not as intense as the books felt to me !

I have read them all. All 7 HP (more than once--with the exception of the 7th on) and all 4 Twilight (3 times).
I loved them all, but I can appreciate almost any book.
What did I enjoy more?
Twilight. I'm a girl that loves a good romance, and it was utterly swoon-worthy and made me laugh at the same time.
