Are these pains normal?

Every time my period comes around, I ALWAYS have some pretty intense knee pains. It almost feels extremely sore, but I can't get relief without medicine. It is usually only my right knee, but sometimes I'll also feel it in my other knee and joints. I also tend to feel nauseated the first day of my period. Are these issues normal? Has anybody else experienced them?

Update:

Uh... learn to spell?

There are factors to sharp affliction in the course of being pregnant which can be traditional, equivalent to a pinched nerve brought about by means of the little one's function. Also, I skilled some thing else that's traditional with various levels of affliction: the muscle mass across the uterus ought to stretch and pull as your little one grows, and commonly you suppose sharp affliction as this occurs. I skilled beautiful common sharp stabbing affliction, however not anything used to be improper. But all stated, with affliction as you are describing, I'd pass into the health care professional. It's continuously bigger to trap a drawback instantly in order that it does not worsen.
