To be honest, even if someone had info, they would not be able to post it as it is not possible to post 3rd party person info online on Yahoo Answers as per the TOS.
Anyway, I did look at this site http://wieowie.nl/ which checks the telephone guide, social network sites etc, and nothing really came up (you can try for yourself)
So I would suggest you contact the Carlton Hotel and see if they have a contact address for her, explain why and ask if they would be willing to forward a letter (from you to her) if you were to send it to them
