How to block emails by IP in yahoo?
I have been getting emails form a IP, that seem to come daily, is there a way to block by IP address.

No, you can only block an E-mail address. Look for the 'Options' link at upper right corner of mail screen and click on it
Options /mail options
Click on 'spam' in the list on the left.
Then in 'Blocked Email Addresses,' enter the E-mail address you wish blocked, in the box after 'Add a blocked address' and click on the 'add' button, then click on 'save changes' at top left of screen.
You will never get mail from that address again.

If they're abusive, display full headers. Go to DNStools.com and put the IP address in. Find their abuse@blahblah.blah address. Forward the e-mails with full headers to the abuse address and ask them to stop this user.
Note: If they're spam or from a third world country, you'll likely just encourage more spam.
