Look up the number for the District Court in that County (a simple internet search will help you find what county that town is in), then call tham and they'll tell you what exactly you need to do.

I have had the same issue! We were married in Kansas,,relocated to Grady county,,filed divorce there. That was in '07. I am now remarrying and asked for copy of D papers, There isn't any record. I have checked in every county of Okla and Ks that is humanly possible to look. NOONE has them. Yet,,He has since remarried. My fiance' and I have BOTH did many many searches online to locate them. Any other suggestions?!!??
