I am of course doing the usual diet and excercize routines for weight loss but I am looking for tips specific to Hashimoto's and Hypothyroid.

"Dieting" is not necessarily the right thing to do for your condition. You have to avoid goitrogenic foods (do a search on this for more info), and especially stay away from soy. It is poison for the thyroid!
