Honestly, maybe you should give up on cake and make something that you actually can cook in a microwave. Microwaves heat differently from an oven and aren't really well suited for baking cakes. What's happening is that all of your ingredients are heating to a high heat all at once. It's toughening the eggs and not allowing for proper rising- a chemical reaction that takes some time. Why not try a chilled dessert, a mousse, or a pie with a pre-made crust and chilled filling? Those are all do-able without an oven.

Your problem is your cooking your cake in the microwave instead of the oven your cake is hard because a microwave can not do it the proper way. bake it in your oven when it is done you will know by sticking a tooth pick in it if it comes out clean then it is done. When it is done let it cool all the way before you decorate it. oh one more tip After you have taken it out of the oven let it cool for ten minutes then flip it on to a cooling rack it cools much faster this way and you will have a flat top to work with while you frost it. This is not necessary but if you want it to be flat on the bottom as well it makes it easier to frost if after it has cooled all the way flip it back in to the pan then level it off that way you don't have to put crevasses at the bottom to fill in with frosting then flip it back out this way if you use the original bottom as your top you wont have crumbs all over the place.

Your cake comes out hard because it's being over cooked in the microwave oven. Bake a cake in a standard oven (preheated) and test it with a toothpick in the center near the end of stated baking time. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done and ready to go onto a cooling rack.
Also your recipe doesn't seem to be the typical proportions for dry vs. wet ingredients. I suggest you find a different recipe and bake it in a normal oven.
Happy New Year.

You shouldn't cook it in the microwave. You need to put it in the oven at about 350 for 20 minutes at least. But keep checking on it. Good luck :)

You don;t make cakes in the Microwave. You make them in the Oven.

Definitely put it in the oven. If you are young and your parents don't want you using the oven, ask them for help or maybe an older sister/brother etc.
