Can a person with diabetes eat lime sherbet?
I love Braums sherbet and make a punch out of it adding ginger ale , Can my mother in law who has type 2 diabetes have that without it affecting her blood sugar level?

LIke any other food -- in moderation only. ADN since sherbet is a source of sugar, then it must be limited even more. AND since you are adding ginger ale -- very very bad for her.
NO MORE than 1/2 cup in a serving, and since it is a source os sugar, eat ONE serving no more than twice a week.
But eating this WILL affect the blood sugar level. No question about it. SO, in order to "make room" in her diet for the sherbet, she MUST give up a carb count someplace else -- like NO potatoes with a meal so she can have the sherbet afterwards, or never eat the sherbet after eating spaghetti or any kind of pasta.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

The diet plan really should be made up of plenty of fiber and also wholesome foods. Eat four to 6 meals/snacks spread equally throughout a day. Commence doing exercises routinely. Supplements could help too. Flax oil, daily multivitamin, bitter melon, garlic, onion, and stevia might help.

There is no particular diabetic diet.
It's a matter of watching the carbohydrates and checking blood sugar.
There is sugar in the sherbert and presumably some in the ginger ale.
Just tell her what is in the punch, she will know if it's ok.
Ask your husband what she normally drinks and have some sparkling water handy - you can put a festive cherry in it!
