Where can I find cheap neon saddle blankets that are thin?

I need to find thin saddle blankets in neon green and neon orange. Price needs to be reasonable. Online stores are nice. I have thicker blankets for under it. I am taking up barrel racing, and not able to afford $100 blanket, so I found it way more economical to take the ones I have that work great and make em look good with a thin blanket. That way I can change colors. Me and my friend are doing this together so we need to be able to switch are colors easily. So we can match are horses we choose to use.

Howdy! Well, check out www.tack-wholesale.com, ebay, or brouse craigslist? I know they exist but ya gotta be dilligent. Or if you or your friend could get someone to sew a pillow case type design to slide the pad into - then you could do any color. :) Good luck!

I personally love Professionals Choice saddle pad. I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but with these saddle pads, you don't need another blanket or pad for underneath the blanket. Plus they come in awesome, bright colors! I used mine for gaming and for training horses!

    Here are some of them:

This is their section of saddle pads specifically for barrel racing and gaming:

Here's their website in case you wanna look at some of their other blankets:

If you want just one high quality blanket, then I'd go with Hobby Horse. They have really nice blankets (and it'll say that they're western pleasure blankets but they work for any type of western riding) but they're just under $100. So they're a bit more expensive but really nice.

Another great site to find cheap tack is http://www.chicksaddlery.com/

That's where I find all of my bargains!

Contact Dodge (the car maker) and propose to them that they be a sponsor of your bright blankets. Because they try to sell Neon, and you'll be exposing their small logo to many, in a very dynamic way, you'll get what you want, they'll get what they want and we'll all think Mind Rake really did provide the best answer! That's three big winners, if I'm counting correctly.

If I were you, I'd get one blanket silk screened, take a few nice pictures with logo-in-motion, and use it to prime their PR Department.

Tell them if they don't go for it...you'll sell the small ad space to Toyota...or the Mormons.

This is the way millionaires are made.

    Go for it!
