Would I be wasting my money on a Sopranino Saxophone?

I have been playing Clarinet for 8 years and studying for Grade 7. As well as this I starting playing Tenor Saxophone 2 years ago and I would now quite fancy a Sopranino Saxophone. Would I find the Sopranino too difficult to play in terms of the lip strength needed or would my clarinet background help with this?

Update:

Note: This is SopranINO not Soprano, thanks

Update 2:

Oh and I'm only playing for fun, not looking to try and make money out of it

The demand for soprano is rather small compared to alto, tenor and baritone... but the demand for sopranino is even smaller. I would really recommend buying one if you already own a soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone, or if you're part of a special musical group where sopranino is an important voice.

Also, soprano is difficult enough to control as it is, and a sopranino is an entire order of magnitude more difficult in terms of embouchure and tone control, specifically due to the size of the mouthpiece and reed. Clarinet mouthpieces are not nearly the same size as a sopranino mouthpiece, so I don't think that your background would make too much of a difference.

well whatever makes you happy if you think it is worth the money i say go for it. If it is just for fun do not spend TOO much money. Soprillos are pretty cool too lol i play soprano. If your just doing it for fun it does not matter if its is easy or difficult. I am asking for a piccolo french horn for Christmas just to poke around with it. The demand for sopranino is small do not kill yourself looking for one. By the way i am no professional i just play soprano and french horn so my comment might be a little off.

You seemed to have answered your own Q. Not much call for soprano in the business though.
