Penn State beats LSU 19-17?

second best of big ten vs 5th best sec? is that a joke? penn state is easily behind both ohio state and iowa, considering they got whooped by both. plus lsu is without a doubt the third best team in the sec. that loss to ole miss wouldn't have happened if les miles knew anything about clock management, and their other two losses were to bama and florida. no lsu is the third best team in the sec this year, the sec just isn't very good this year.

Winning on a field goal on the last minute is what I call getting LUCKY. It doesnt really bother me though it's just that I'm a Bama fan and I wouldn't mind seeing LSU win their bowl game as well as all other SEC teams, except Auburn. So far today, nobody who I wanted to win won. Way to start the new year...

Who cares? Both teams were overrated and neither team impressed me. Somebody has to win, but I would have rather watched paint dry then watch that game. I turned it on and then changed it after I realized that LSU sucks this year and Penn St is just, well Penn St. They aren't anything flashy and don't pretend to be, but I find my little cousins pee-wee league for 3rd and 4th graders more entertaining and definitely harder hitting then that puke.

Again, Les Miles can't coach the end of a game, terrible clock management. 20 seconds left, and they only get 2 terrible plays off. PSU deserved that game over LSU.

The second best team in the Big Ten beat the 5th best team in the SEC by 2 points in the last minute. Don't get too euphoric poster no. 1

Ehhh as an LSU fan I didn't really care. This team should be in BCS Bowl games. I'm disappointed with Les Miles and some of these players.

Next year they better come prepared and ready to play.

Both teams are mediocre this year and someone needed to win. Happy it was JoePa though! I hate the SEC!

yes, but PSU should have pounded those SEC weaklings. i think LSU made two plays the whole game. i'm extra happy that it continues to expose the SEC as a mediocre conference, northwestern dominated auburn, psu dominated lsu, both in SEC territory. alabama will be dominated by texas next thursday.
