Both these words do not have origins in Sikhism, they were here before used by saints of all religions. Naam simpally means name but in gurbani or Guru Granth it has several meanings. In your query, name will be a reference of God in your mind(love), In actual sence God is nameless in Sikhism but we have given him various names based on his virtues and he is a treasure of virtues. No single name can justify his glory. Waheguru means a wonderful dispeller of darkness of ignorance. Bani is word of God. God is beyond any description but still we have to use Word to express this and that is called Bani. Bani is divine revelations. Bani is also refered to various languages in Sikhism depends upon the context.

While what the guy above said about the meaning of the word "bani", Hebrew "beni", is right and that it denotes the Tribe; these words come from Punjabi, which is a totally different language to Arabic and Hebrew.
In Punjabi, "naam" means "name" and "bani" or "vani" means the "message/music"
The Gurbani or the Message of the Gurus can also be poetically seen as the Music of the Gurus.
Satnaam or the True Name comes from adding Sat or Truth to naam or name.
And, if you don't mind, one small correction - it's "Guru Granth Sahib" or the Exalted Book [Scriptures/Tomes] of the Gurus, not what your typo says.
All the best.

"naam" is name of the Lord , the word on which Sikhs meditate .
When Guru Nanak came on this planet 600 years ago , he saw that the social order , financial order , religious order and political order was corrupt .
He observed that man has fallen to trap of his inner weaknesses and lust . So , he preached the universal brotherhood of humanity and asked people to meditate . Meditate on what ?
He give naam to meditate upon. Naam means the name of Lord . Sikh name for god is "Waheguru" , pronounced as ' Waa - eh - gu - roo ' . But Guru Nanak never rejected earlier names for god like 'ram' , 'allah' , etc .
thats the reason Guru Granth Sahib has names of god from many religions .
From Sikh Scripture Guru Granth Sahib , Guru Nanak says :
Listening( to the naam)-pain and sin are erased. ||9||
Listening-truth, contentment and spiritual wisdom.
Listening-take your cleansing bath at the sixty-eight places of pilgrimage.
Listening-reading and reciting, honor is obtained.
Listening-intuitively grasp the essence of meditation.
O Nanak, the devotees are forever in bliss.
Listening-pain and sin are erased. ||10||
Listening-dive deep into the ocean of virtue.
Listening-the Shaykhs, religious scholars, spiritual teachers and emperors.
Listening-even the blind find the Path.
Listening-the Unreachable comes within your grasp.
O Nanak, the devotees are forever in bliss.
Listening-pain and sin are erased. ||11||
The state of the faithful cannot be described.
One who tries to describe this shall regret the attempt.
No paper, no pen, no scribe
can record the state of the faithful.
Such is the Name ( "naam") of the Immaculate Lord.
"Bani" is what Sikh Gurus uttered what god told them to .
Sikh Gurus were in direct contact with god and hence what they said can be called as "word of god".
Bani is also called gurbani means "words of guru".
In simpler words , the entire of Guru Granth Sahib is "bani" or "gurbani".
Reading bani refreshes mind and helps a Sikh live his sikh way of life .

I don't know but in Arabic if you say "Bani Na'am" I'll understand it as a tribe name or something which mean "children/sons of Na'am"
