how to do a repair on Windows 7?
So I installed windows 7 from a custom install, but my updates won't install, nor some of the driver upgrades? Also having trouble with updates for NAV. I put the disc in and on the fist screen to install, ther is an option to repair, or do you let it go further? (as in previous editions?) I know it is a big learning curve. This also hade a new motherboard and CPU installed prior as well, so not sure about the install on the mothe board disc either, as 7 wont allow it to auto run? Checked all firewall settings

You must activate windows before you can download or install any updates.
