I think Mike Shanahan is the best fit. Cowher would be a great coach, but he'd never work for Dan Snyder.
As for draft picks they should spend them on actual picks instead of trading/giving them away. Skins had a lot of injuries so they do have some talent. Probably need to improve O-Line and DE though for sure.
Your last question is tricky since you put no restrictions on it, so the obvious answer is Peyton Manning to replace Campbell.

Cowher. But I doubt he is foolish enough to take the job. Probably be Shanahan. Campbell isn't the problem! I prefer to deal in reality, not fantasy.

it could be mike zimmer from the bengals mike shannahan i think they would keep might keep cambell if they dont expect sam bradford or tim tebow or colt mccoy to go to them and i think they will sign terrell owens
