At what point in pregnancy can you feel your uterus above your pubic bone?

I have had one positive pregnancy test and three negative ones and am trying to figure out, before I just go to get bloodwork, whether or not I actually am or am not pregnant. How many weeks are you, and can you feel your uterus? I expect that if I am pregnant, I am probably around 12-16 weeks.

Update:

I do feel what may be a uterus, and it appears to be easier to feel when my bladder is full, but I am troubled about whether or not it is just my bladder. Is it easy to confuse the two in early pregnancy?

If you know what you're looking for, a doctor or midwife can feel the uterus just peeping up above the pubic bone at about 12 weeks.

But it depends on the mother's build.

At 12 weeks the top of the uterus just starts to come out from behind the pubic bone. I was able to feel the top of my uterus at 14 weeks..

12 weeks generally. If you've had a positive pregnancy test and haven't had your period for 3-4 months, I don't think you have cause to doubt your pregnancy. Congratulations!
