I have an Alarm System that Will know longer unlock my doors. Only Lock?

The alarm system is the "Audiovox APS-25CH Security System" The Arming Mechanism For Unlocking the doors "no longer works". The car Chirps Like its Unarmed however it does not pop the locks I hear no Noise that the locks are moving. And No physical evidence of such. I have to use the physical key to unlock the door. When i'm inside however the Switch to "lock/Unlock the doors works perfectly fine. Any one have any ideas or have had this issue before ? The Make and Model of my Car is Irrelevent however I have a 98 Honda Civic LX Sedan Auto Locks came standard.

Update:

EL you might be correct was doing a bit of research and Found the Wiring schematics of the Alarm and it says the green wire Pulses to ground to Unlock the car. I'll look into this.
