How much a day should you play the Wii Fit in order to lose weight?
I want a little exersise and would like to lose weight. How many minutes or hours will i need to do the wii fit and how many days of the week? Also, what would be the best sections to do, like arobics, balancing etc? Also, im a teenager so its easier for me to lose the weight since i have a faster metabolism.

I've been playing it for 2 weeks and have lost my goal weight (only 4 pounds), I was looking to tone up a bit and have done some yoga for stretches before I work out, I do about 20 minutes of aerobics and strength, then however much of balancing I feel comfortable with. I'm 16 and feel that you have to be comfortable with what you're doing, cut back on a few snacks or soda. You don't have to completely cut your diet or work out all day every day.
It's great to work out with this game to since I'm a big procrastinator, I find it to be very entertaining.

If you do 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week, you'll lose weight quickly. This means exercise that raises your heart rate, not the fun balance games or anything like that. The best ones for fat burning are the bicycle course, running, super hula hoop, and the rhythm games like kung fu, boxing and parade.

I definitely have pre ordered mine and that i cant wait! i'm not an energetic guy or woman cos i in my view cant detect a sport that i take exhilaration in doing so the inducement isnt there for me... yet! Thats why im confident wii extra healthy will help me shed extra pounds. i'm able to combine my love of wii with doing somewhat workout!

To be honest, it doesn't make you lose weight. It just monitors your health. I have it and it does nothing to affect your weight.

try running instead of wii fit

if food was your only source of pleasure make sure to reconnect with other things you enjoy music sports volunteer work or movies for example

at a restaurant split your meal and eat only half meal and take the rest home if the quality is more
