Steve Spagnuolo's job?
Why is no one talking about this man losing his job? I mean, he won 1 game, and that was against the Lions. Seriously, he isn't really special in any way. Why is no one talking about him being fired?

Because you obviously know nothing about what has happened to the Rams organization and what he is attempting to do. Scott Linehan and Jay Zygmunt ruined this team. Horrible drafting and horrible management. They took a contender and turned them into a complete pile of garbage! Spags here is a rookie hc coming in and trying to turn a complete disaster into something. This process takes more than 1 year. There is very little talent on this team. Only a few good players. I want you to tell me how long it took a team with this little talent to become instantly good after one year. Tony Dungy could have been brought to STL and the results would most likely be the same. Rebuilding is rebuilding and you obviously didn't know that this team is building for the FUTURE not right now. Expect the Rams to become a much Much better team in the next few years. Steve Spagnuolo is doing his job to the best of his ability and with what he has to work with? They have improved this year over last and will keep climbing.

With Ndamakong Suh, Chris Long and other young players who will be in the d-line and linebackers next year, he'll be able to run a similar defense to what he did with the Giants...maybe not as good short term but who knows a few years down the line it might be able to work out. He is unquestionably one of the best defensive minds in the game tho, if hes a good head coach however is a whole other debate...

Because he was just hired this season. You can't expect a man to turn around the St. Louis Rams in one season. He would have to be the SUPER COACH to do that.
