A forgiving person frees herself from grudges.
Holding grudges only hurts oneself.
I do not hold grudges, so there is nothing to forgive.

it depends. i've ever only help 2 grudges in my life, so i wouldnt really say i hold grudges that much, but as you can imagine, it takes a heck of a LOT to make me hold a grudge. like you literally have to ruin my entire life to make me hold a grudge. but other than that, im a pretty forgiving person really :D

I will forgive someone as soon as they say something nice. They don't even have to apologize. Just pretend nothing ever happened. I am terrible at holding grudges. I am quick to anger and quick to forgive.
