Our time is limited, and we often forget that. How would you feel your life was well spent?

Just curious because everyone always values different things, and by extension, considers different things as "a waste of time."

Does anyone know why this happens? Should I buy glasses to wear when I watch TV or use the computer? If so, what type?

Also, I get headaches semi-frequently when I use the computer. I think this is because I have to focus on words more than I would on say, a book, so it results in headaches - but I don't know.

Any help is appreciated!

I want to become vegan. I'm only vegetarian for now and have been for almost 3 years, and every 3-4 months I go on a raw vegan cleanse for around a month. For the entire time I've been vegetarian I have not consumed milk - I hate the taste, I know the harm it does, and almond milk is too amazing. I already don't consume a lot of cheese, and I love daiya, so I'd have no problem just using that on whatever. Additionally, I'm not sure of "hidden" non-vegan ingredients, or where they're found, so that kind of holds be back from going full on vegan.

ANYWAYS. The hardest thing in the world which is keeping me back from going vegan is...*drumroll*...greek yogurt! Ah.. anyone know of any similar replacements? And what is the best egg substitute? Every Saturday morning I have egg whites with veggies and fresh juice for breakfast... so a good substitute would be nice!

I recently have a sparked interest in opening up a coffee shop. I have many ideas for it, and I want it to be someplace people can come to to free their mind of stresses, study, read, etc.

Kind of like a bucket list for what you want to do for someone before you die.

I want to be able to give my grandparents an anonymous letter (in the mailbox) saying that God is watching over them and have at least 500 dollars enclosed. They have financial problems but are the best people I've ever met.

I never eat when I'm sad, even if I'm hungry. And I don't know why.
