Is it just me or do other folks think that the federal judges of the 9th circuit appeals court.....?

have gone over the top in ruling that felons behind bars in the State of Washington (i.e., you have to start somewhere but it would lead to all states in their jurisdiction at some point) have the right to vote. Hhhhmmm, something smells fishy here in that it sure would be easy to buy a vote from these characters. Of course I have nothing but disdain for federal judges since they live in la-la land. What do you think of some of this nation's most violent criminals say like a Charles Manson being able to vote?

Update:

To Robert G - Those were my initial thoughts exactly. I used to have respect for the judicial system but as I grow older I think most of the b*stards should be shot.

The 9th Circuit is known for some nut bag decisions. Luckily they get overturned often.
