What is something to snack on that doesnt have many calories?

I figured it out!! I only eat because I want something to eat.

I feel guilty everytime I eat something, but not before I eat it.

So what is something to snack on that wont make me gain weight? Not healthy for me exactly, (though that would be nice) just something I can eat out of a bag or something and tastes kinda good.

Dont need tips on losing weight,

Dont need paragraph answers.

Just something simple, maybe a little info but not paragraphs.

    Trail Mix its healthier than junk food too..

    These are wonderful foods for you--

    Apples, oranges bananas, any kind of fruit.

    Fresh veggies- baby carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers.

    You can make a low calorie dip for carrots and cucumbers or use low cal ranch dressing.

    Drink Crystal Lite. They have wonderful flavors and really help curb the appetite.

    A bowl of Total cereal or Honey Nut Cheerios with low fat milk. Excellent snack!

    A bowl of instant oatmeal in the winter time is a great warmer-upper, also low in calories.

    Popcorn, with no butter

    I agree, a small amount of popcorn is okay.

    But personally, when I feel hungry between meals I loooove to snack on baby carrots and hummus. Or sometimes celery and salsa. :)

    How about Rice Crackers (SENBEI)?

    Rice Crackers are often eaten with green tea as a casual snack in Japan.

    celery with a little bit of peanut butter

    grape tomatoes

    apples

    bananas

    popcorn no butter
