rejected email address - please explain?

I have tried to send an email to 3 different addresses but the messages are being rejected. I have done a complete anti-virus scan and no threats were found. What could be the reason?

The error message I received is as follows:

"The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was '...' . Subject 'trying again', Account: ..., Server: ..., Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 REJ-CON-002: Host (212.139.108.220) has been blacklisted by cbl.abuseat.org', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79"

Please help

It appears that the email address where you were sending the email has been blacking listed (One/Two or All three of them), for spaming. The server address cblabuseat.org takes care of this. It can also happen because may be that particular email address would be blocking any email that you would send to them.

Sometimes anti spam engines like that don't allow emails from free email account like yahoo en gmail etc... also the other applies ... sometimes they dont allows emails from domains like yourname.com !!!

Some of the Anti Spam engines discriminate against complete domain names! for example ! if some knitwit who uses an email address from yahoo to send spam gets blocked then the spam engine just don't block that email.. it blocks the entire yahoo range of email addresses..

    hope you get sorted

Your email address need to be in the persons address book, if the person has stop on his spam then your email will not get through.
