Xbox 360 Live question?

I want to play Modern Warfare 2 online, but i have to wait until the end of January because I have the SAT coming up. I have a month free trial, so if i use a gamertag for that trial, am i allowed to use the same gamertag when I get Live for real? And will these 1 month trials save what rank, and achievements I get?

    Absolutely. You won't have any problems whatsoever once you get a full XBL subscription.
