    Here are some easy ones:

BBQ Meatballs - buy a package of frozen meatballs from Sam's Club and then dump BBQ sauce on them and cook according to the package directions. Baked comes out best.

    Sausage Cheese Balls:

    3 cups Original Bisquick® mix

    1 pound bulk pork sausage

4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (16 ounces)

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed

1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

Barbecue sauce or chili sauce, if desired

    1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease bottom and sides of jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x2x1 inch.

    2. Stir together all ingredients, using hands or spoon. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan.

    3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with sauce for dipping.

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft) Heat oven to 375ºF. Decrease Bisquick to 2 1/2 cups; stir in 1/2 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

Source(s): I make them all the time - yum!

I'd do a big pot of chili and have it simmering on the stove for whomever wants a bowl. I'd also have a selection of toppings set out for people to add to their chili. Including shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, hot sauce, noodles etc. Cheap, easy and filling. And the chili can be made ahead of time. You could also make a batch of jalepeno cornbread to go along with it. If you go this route, chips & dip and veggies & dip set out in the TV room would be the only other items you'd need.

I came accross this great appetizer called elegant brie at a grocery store once. It's baked brie in a puffed pastry with garlic and other cool fillings. Its really good and has a really nice display. I just purchased some online that have footballs on it for this years super bowl. If you do decide to get some get the one with Jalapeno. So GOOD!!! here is there website
