if not, what japanese fashion would it be under, hime gyaru? lolita?

    she does kinda have the look, i would consider lolita more, but definitely not gyaru

    Well, if it's Japanese she isn't ulzzang since ulzzang is more of a korean thing, plus, ulzzangs wear more white eyeliner and take pictures with their faces paler.

    She looks lolita to me.
