try restoring your system to a previous date
Windows XP:
Start => Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System restore.

You have a virus called "32worm" just search your computer for a file called "System 32" and delete it. After a quick restart, everything should be in working condition.

your laptop has in all probability have been given a virulent disease..the terrific i'm able to assert is to re-deploy your working gadget using your installation CD.The AVG deal is that the installer cant discover the DLL(application and operation application)to run it.Anti-virus is in all probability inflicting that too.

just delete system 32 it should fix your problem and also get rid of a lot of crap you dont use.
