Need help with correct usage of English?

Due to my poor english, i need help from you all to tell me the how to write a sentence that connects arson and car park?

Arson in the car park or arson of the car park or both are wrong?

    You could use either and people would understand what you're saying, but saying "in the car park" would imply that it was an instance within the park, while "of the car park" implies more that it happened to the whole park.

    Derek gave a very good answer. "Arson in the car park" implies that an object within the car park, for example, a car or trash bin, burned. "Arson of the car park" implies that the fire involved the structure itself, along with contents. And, of course, if you're referring to the USA, it's a parking garage or parking lot.
