I want to know if there is a law for towing in louisiana that states that the car in tow must have lights ON (not flashers or er lights) but regular lights breaks, blinkers ect. I need this in black and white or a link that I can read it for a case.

Abandoning a car on the side of the freeway? Better it ends up in a tow yard where you can go pay the fees & pick it up than ending up stolen, IMO.
