How can I get a movie from my iPod touch to my iTunes library?

I downloaded a video from my friend's iTunes library to my iPod and now I'm trying to put it onto my own computer, but my computer says that it will delete all of the videos I already have when I try to sync it. What can I do?!

you need another software for that, since itunes wont do the ipod to computer trasnfer. try imtoo ipod computer trasnfer, works real well and i personaly use it. pretty happy with the results, no probs so far. check it out. http://www.imtoo.com/ipod-computer-transfer.html
