hello, Do you teach or in process of doing your GCSE Food Technology course - if so i need your opinions?
Hello, I would welcome any feed back on the above question.I have to write a diary/ reflective account (bloody long essay) on the best and not so good practises in food technology - from either a teachers prospective or that of a student - may be your doing it now, may be your a teacher and like dislike the new time table. I am looking for any help on this, and personal opinions on this matter. Did you have a good lesson? what made it good, what was done? did you have to find out everything on your own? where did you start? did you have more boys or girls in your class? As you can see im trying to gain as much information as possible. Sadly very limited time so please reply asap. if you have may be some email able material copies of good work etc then please let me know via here. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH..

as regards to timetabling most lessons are an hour long, that gives you little time to prepare and cook from scratch good quality meals such as a lasagna. By the time you make the mixture and the white sauce and layer it all up and cook it you have run out of time! They should be given double lessons for practical work and single lessons for theory.
