Usually on web templates I find this Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. I do not know what does this mean and when and who started this.

all it is, is a space holder for text that you will replace on the template. it shows the general look of a template with text without having distracting words. i think some latin guy started it (lol)
