paypal debit card refund?
Hello everyone,
I just recently bought a phone on eBay, but apparently they were out of stock so i received a refund through my paypal, the thing is, i have linked my debit card to my paypal account, so i deal with all my money through that card.
In my account history on paypal, it says i received the refund and its marked as "completed". I then checked to see how much money i had on my debit card and the money that was apparently refunded is currently not on my debit card.
I have about 150 dollars on my debit card currently, and i should have 300 dollars in it, because the refund was for 150 as well.
I have scoured Google and i can't seem to find an answer, please help if you would like =]
i need my moneys yo

These kinds of refunds tend not to show on the card for 2-3 weeks.

Your PayPal account should show the refund within a day or two at most. I don't believe your Visa card will be credited, but the amount should be available in PayPal - which many online vendors accept. If the money isn't reflected in your PayPal account within 48 hours, I suggest you contact them again. I disagree with the respondent who said PayPal stinks. I have dealt with both PayPal and had a merchant account. Believe me, PayPal provides more protection for basically the same level of fees. If you don't believe that, try to get reimbursement to a merchant account for a fraudulent charge!

If you are talking about your debit card that is with your bank and linked to your PayPal account, you would have to take the funds from your PayPal and transfer them back to your bank account.
