Is James Cameron the best filmmaker ever?

no way dood.. he's a legend thats for sure and he's made some great contribution to film and made some very rememberal films but i wouldnt say he's the best.. i wouldnt give any one person that credit cos it'd be too hard to figure out what makes the best film maker the best film maker

i don't comprehend who i might say for many underrated. perhaps David Cronenberg? a number of his are Shivers, Rabid, The Brood, Scanners, Videodrome, The Fly, The lifeless Zone, lifeless Ringers, and Existenz. BQ: ...Scorsese or Tarantino... BQ2: Psh. Tim Burton or James Cameron. Cronenberg: The Brood. BQ: Goodfellas / Pulp Fiction or Inglorious Basterds. BQ2: I heavily do not think of i like any of their movies. perhaps The Nightmare earlier Christmas simply by fact I liked it as a toddler.

hes good no doubt about it,but spielberg, and wolfgen peterson are superb,and well worth a mention,as are guy ritchie, sean penn,yes not in that league granted,but still a good film maker.,and ron howard has produced some great films,don't even get me going on tarantino?????
