Baseball blueeeees... (Surveyyy :D)?
I'm a little down in the dumps, because I haven't seen a baseball game in over three weeks. Not even Little League. So, to cheer me up, I came up with this survey! :D
1) On a scale of 1-10, how ready are you for the season to get started?
2) Your favorite player shows up on your doorstep in the middle of the night- what do you do?
3) Your least favorite player (who is undeniably good) comes to play for your team. Do you let bygones be bygones and accept him? Or do you still dislike him?
4) When I say 27, you think...
5) True or false: Baseball is better now than it was twenty years ago. (and why do you think so?)
6) Fill in the blank: If I didn't have ___________ during the offseason, I would ______________.
8) Sorry to change the subject, but who're you rooting for in the NFL playoffs?
9) What's your favorite part about baseball? Least favorite?
BQ: If you're an old contact of mine... How's life? :D
Ahahaha... I didn't even notice I omitted question 7... Sorry, 7... :( I most sincerely apologize. xD
Great answers, everyone! :)

1) On a scale of 1-10, how ready are you for the season to get started?
10, as ready as I'll ever be.
2) Your favorite player shows up on your doorstep in the middle of the night- what do you do?
Welcome him in, ask him to autograph everything baseball related in my house, and take him to Supercuts (Tim Lincecum is the player btw).
3) Your least favorite player (who is undeniably good) comes to play for your team. Do you let bygones be bygones and accept him? Or do you still dislike him?
I would definitely have to accept him if he contributes well to the team.
4) When I say 27, you think...
25...which then makes me think Barry Bonds.
5) True or false: Baseball is better now than it was twenty years ago. (and why do you think so?)
False, it's all about making money now, and of course everyone goes crazy over all the steroid users now.
6) Fill in the blank: If I didn't have ___________ during the offseason, I would ______________.
If I didn't have Basketball and Football during the offseason, I would most likely become a fan of Soccer or any other sport.
8) Sorry to change the subject, but who're you rooting for in the NFL playoffs?
Saints all the way.
9) What's your favorite part about baseball? Least favorite?
The start of a new season, the end of the season.
BQ: If you're an old contact of mine... How's life? :D
Sorry not an old contact :[
But life is stressful now.

4) When I say 27, you think...= Yanks winning 27th Championship
5) True or false: Baseball is better now than it was twenty years ago. (and why do you think so?)= False. Sadly today is about greed & more greed. While I'm not sayign there was greed 20 years ago more players back then played for the love of the game.

1. 10, I can't wait for the season to start!
2. I would invite him in and try to act as normal as possible despite the fact that Derek Jeter is at my doorstep. I'd love to talk baseball with him!
3. I'd accept him as part of the team but wouldn't necessarily like him.
4. Yankees 27 rings.
5. Well I wasn't alive to experience baseball 20 years ago but I imagine back then it was more fair since now steroids are tainting records.
6. If I didn't have *so much homework* during the offseason, I would *be bored out of my mind.*
7. I don't really follow football, but I'm a New Yorker so I'll say Jets.
8. I love the fact that the game isn't over till the last out of the game. Baseball is so unpredictable, because you could be down by 10 points and come back and win all in one inning. My least favorite part is probably the steroid issue, and how the records are tainted.
BQ: Not an old contact, but life's pretty good!

1) Ive been on a 10 since about November.
2) Grab all my Halladay Related Stuff, and a Pen. Also help him with what ever he needed help with.
3) I try to respect all players, but If I truly hated a player, I would still accept him.
4) #27 = Brett Cecil
5) T/F. I am on the fence, 20 years ago and now are different, so its hard to say.
6) If I didn't have basketball during the offseason, I would die.
7) - NA -
8) Not a big NFL Fan, but I was thinkin Chargers.
9) Favorite: The Game itself
9) Least: The length of the offseason.

1. 10, I haven't been able to see a baseball game in a while either, and I'm eager to see one!
2. Come on in Daniel! I would chat with him for a little while and ask for an autograph. lol
3. I would have to say Ryan Howard (great player, on my teams biggest rival). It would probably take me a while to get used to having him on my team, but I would eventually like him.
4. 9... haha I have no idea why...
5. I will say true, because I wasn't able to watch it 20 years ago. I think baseball was good back in the 30's though, based on some of the great players that played back then.
6. If I didn't have ___football___ in the offseason, I would ___be bored___. haha There are many different combinations I could've put there.
8. Surprisingly, the Chargers. (Hey the Giants aren't in it) lol
9. My favorite part would probably be the skill it takes to be able to field the ball like many of the pros do. Some of those catches are pretty awesome! I don't know if there is anything about baseball I don't like.
BQ: Life's good! Have some new classes for the new semester; it takes some getting used to, but it's all good. :)

1) 10, my Packers are out of the Playoffs now and the season is almost over. I'm ready for 162 games and maybe a chance for a playoff run. If not, I always enjoy it anyway!
2) Prince!!!! Come on in! Show him my Brewers wall of fame including his autographed/certified picture framed on the wall above his autographed/certified baseball. I'm wide awake now, we are talking baseball!
3) That's a tough question, but for my most disliked player-no, I still don't like him.
There are some I don't like just because they're good, if that's the case then I let bygones be bygones.
4) Carlos Gomez, new to the Brewers :-)
5) True, the Brewers are better and I believe for the most part we are seeing natural talent on the field. It really just keeps getting better for me. I know the hitters and the steroids and Selig and everything that factors in between now and then, but I prefer now. My bias is very Brewer orientated.
6) If I didn't have football during the offseason, I would be in even worse shape with baseball withdrawal.
8) Green Bay Packers, my home town and team. Proud of the way Aaron Rodgers played, we are very lucky to have him
9) The home runs. Least- The steroid issue, I just want it to go away
BQ: Pretty good, I'm taking a break before starting to paint my daughter's bedroom. This was fun.
And I'm partly teasing, I know what you wanted me to say for #4. Tee Hee
