I want to get my friend tickets to a sports game for their birthday. I'm pretty sure we were going to go?

together anyway so should I give them 1 ticket or 2 tickets? I'm saying should I keep my ticket and just give them theirs and say you're going with me??? Or give them 2 and hope they take me?

Well just tell your friend "For your birthday, I'm taking you to a game". Is this a "date type thing" because if it - don't give him the option.

If you really don't care about going and it's purely as a friend thing - and you don't care - get 2 tickets and say "happy b-day" and if he/she asks you to go - you can decide if you want to go.

I've been asked a few times.

Keep both, and tell them you're taking them... then you don't have to worry about the tickets cause you've got them :)
