    Hi Sri ...

lol ...internet addiction se peecha chudana hai?? ..simple hai !! ..get ur internet disconnected !! :D . hehe ..Thats the simplest option available .. jab internet hi nahi rahega..kahan se aaoge online? :P ..

Seriously talking .. getting urself involved in other activities ..especially outdoor activities helps a lot as u naturally dnt have the computer in there and cannot get online..getting ur internet disconnected will also help ..

Trying to reduce the amount of time u get online..say if ur online for 4 hours a day..getting it to half .ie 2 hours will help too ...and then minimizing to one hour..then half..and then 15 mins..then.. guess u mst have got it by now :P ..

All of the above is what i can think of rite now ..

Do u have any more suggestions? :P ..ill be glad to know :D

    Ur welcome !!

    Take care !!

You can't really get rid of it. But i would start with finding a new hobby. And stop writing so much on the computer. Do physical activities with your friends. Set a goal for yourself to only stay on the computer for two hours then cut down every month. It could save you a few bucks on the electric bill!!! ;). Basically find something else to do, if you can't look at what movies are coming on, what events that sound kinda cool. Be out there instead of inside here.

Read the Twilight series ~ An internet addict like me was off the internet for a whole week :D It took me a day and half to read each book. I loved it!

    Or..

You could learn something new..I try and learn a language, my guitar..try writing a story, or dancing...travelling to local places on my bike..somewhere unknown where I have never been..I take my camera, snacks in a backpack and spend a peaceful time there.

Or.. just tell your mom or dad to hide your comp/ laptop and try and survive.

cut it out for a while realize that while the internet has it's purposes there are cool thing to do in your own community that cost less per month than your internet, and the purposes it serves can be done for free at the library or something like that.

Start reading interesting books, magazines and spend more time outdoors or with friends. Set a specific time for internet everyday and keep an alarm once your time is up to make sure you stay disciplined, goodluck!

One has to learn new things rather then using internet..

I think library would be the better choice...

    Have a happy day:D
