What color outfits go best with electric blue heels?

You want to avoid looking too blue, so I recommend white or black. A pair of jeans, dark or light (or white or black, if you prefer) and an electric blue, white or black top will look stunning, but make sure you don't clash the blues. White will go with it really nicely and soften your whole look, whereas black will make it edgier. It's up to you, what your colour preferences are. But dresses, jeans, cutoffs, jean Capri's and skirts always look good with heels ;)

i think a black minidress would look awesome with those heels. i would totally try that. if you wanna be more casual, then maybe faded jeans or a mini skirt with any tee would look cool.
