I Want to Lose Weight Fast?

I'm a 17 year old guy and I want to lose some extra weight very fast! I have never been really happy about my weight or my body and I want to slim it down. What could I do that would get rid of my excess weight quickly in less than a month?

    OK, here's what you do. SERIOUSLY. Eat peanut butter. And I mean EVERYDAY ALL DAY. And Pecans!!!

    Breakfast: One Egg OR 1/2 (foldover) Peanut Butter sandwich

    10:00 AM Peanut butter crackers (3) OR PB sandwich

    Lunch PB sandwich

    3:00 Cheese and 3 crackers OR 3 Peanut butter Crackers

    Supper: 1/2 cup casserole, green beans (all you want), broccoli with cheese

    9:00 Bagel w/cream cheese OR PB sandwich

    And you can have pecans for your snacks too.

    Try and adopt a vegetarian diet. A vegetarian diet is undoubtedly better for those of us watching our diet. There are a lot of advantages of keeping to a vegetarian diet but I don’t want to sing an ode to vegetarianism now. What I would suggest is keep to a vegetarian diet as much as you can. Make a non- vegetarian diet a week end event or something if you find it impossible to give up eating all tho

    not possible in a healthy way...try eating smaller portions...eats lots of yogurt, spinach, oatmeal, blueberries, almonds, black beans, tomatoes, and carrots. don't eat after 7 pm, so you have time to digest before you go to sleep and it turns into fat. eat break fast. no soda.

    make sure to work out and stretch everyday. try swimming it uses many muscles, water polo is very difficult and would be good for you. running is good...also strength training of course like push ups sit ups (make sure you pull your chin towards the ceiling to get a better effect)...

    never eat any snack food out of the box carton or bag it came in you re less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist sized servings
